You may only return your product(s) to us and we will only process the return and arrange for a replacement only for any of the following reasons:-
you received the wrong product in your package; or
the product has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods),
("Returnable Product(s)").
You shall ensure that the Returnable Product(s) is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that the Returnable Product(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Returnable Product(s) back to you.
You are only allowed to receive a replacement at the same amount or lower in price. For product(s) that is more expensive than the Returnable Product(s), you are required to top up the difference in price.
You may request for return/replacement within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the product(s).
