- We aim to deliver the product(s) to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time within 3 to 14 working days subject to stock availability otherwise, indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
- We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

- For shipping, a shipping charge will incur depending on the shipping location stated below:
West Malaysia – RM7
East Malaysia – RM15 - Self-Collect is available and is FREE of charge. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email notification and simply drop by our designated outlet stated below to pick up your orders between 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
